In this page, we discuss key strengths of our ERP and what makes it different.

Overview

ERP systems have evolved over the years to become an indispensable part of organizations. They have become the status quo inside lots of organizations around the world, fully replacing manual accounting systems.

Our ERP system help organizations gain a competitive edge by:

  • replacing manual accounting systems

  • lowering the margin for error

  • finding and correcting mistakes in a more efficient way

  • getting the job done faster

  • integrating business processes and optimizing resources

  • generating reports that help give insights into the business operations, how they are performing, and take actions accordingly

As a result of the implementation process, multiple business processes and data requirements are standardized. That should make it easier for accountants and financial managers to finish their job faster and more accurately. This standardization also helps extract, analyze and manipulate data at a more comprehensive level. Management staff are provided by considerable amounts of insights and information from which they can take decisions.

One of the valuable assets a good piece of software provides to an enterprise is dynamic integration between ERP modules and how they collaborate towards achieving what the accounting team needs accomplished. Our ERP applications facilitate the real-time movement of data throughout an organization. The accounting module receives data from different types of modules such as Bills Payable, Bills Receivable, Treasury, Fixed Assets, HR & Payroll, Sales, Inventory and Procurement. That should help eliminate repeated data entries. The time needed to find and correct entries also decreases as a result.

In today's world, internet-based applications and services are eating up the market. They enable users to use the software without having to be in the same place or use the same machine. This is not the case with on-premise software. We built our ERP systems around that idea. Our ERP systems are web-based and can be accessed and used from anywhere.

Our ERP systems come with predefined options that we think will suit most of our clients with the option to change them to suit different business processes. Software customization is also a core part of our systems. We don't just sell you the software as it is. We are constantly committed to customizing the software, when it needs to, so it aligns with the company's business needs. We always strive to roll out recent updates in the process to all of our clients.

Highlights

  • Our application uses a unique technique under the hood to link a data entry to other instances of that entry throughout system forms and reports. That helps overcome the common posting problems associated with ERP software. A user, with the right update privilege, needs to modify one entry and it immediately reflects in to other instances of that entry. That includes trial balances, balance sheets, other balances and reports.

  • We built our system to cater to different business activities. Those include mills, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and real estate industries.

  • Our reports come in a wide variety of formats.

  • Charts of accounts, salespeople and sales territories are tree-structured to organize the relationship between different levels of data and how they relate to each other. The parent-child structure is especially important to obtain different types of reports.
